nokia 5800"startup failed contact retailer"after switching on?

after switching the phone on, suddenly message popped"startup failed"
i tried formatting using green+red+cam.also tried removing sim and micro sd
i gave the phone at nokia care adyar chennai.they said it can't be repaired.consult any private shop
any one help me solve this problem,or suggest me best mobile repair shop in chennai.india.
