How to restore deleted note from iPhone 5?

Okay, so I deleted an important note off of my iPhone 5 Thursday night. I do have iCloud and I have tried many third party programs to retrieve my notes already, like wondershare and others.
• When I called Apple support for help, they told me to restore to an old iCloud backup. I did this already, AND IT DID NOT WORK.
• IMPORTANT: Unfortunately I have heard it is hard to get your notes back if you have backed up your phone AFTER the deletion, and I DID THIS. The people on Apple support told me to.

Are there any other options for me?

Nope. Once you delete a note from your notes application, it is pretty much gone for good. I wish you luck in trying to retrieve it, however.

These are the two possible procedures that you can follow:-

1. You can either restore from a previous backup of your iPhone - To read more about this follow the Apple's website link below:-

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414

2. Else you can simply get a iPhone backup recovery software which will extract and recover the data for you from the iPhone's backup. I'd recommend that you use Total Saver to keep things quick and simple. You can read about the software following the link below:-

If you have encrypted your iPhone's data, than you can Total Saver Pro for the encrypted data recovery.

The deleted note is still stored in iPhone database. Some 3rd party can read the iPhone database. I think it can read them. Such as http://www.datarecoveryforiphone.com/ios-data-recovery.html. And they have a good support service.

If it works, can give me the best answer?
