is it easy to unlock and jailbreak my Iphone ? and whats the diffrence between Jailbreaking and unlocking ?

im gonna buy a locked iphone today and i wana know how to unlock it ? and alot of ppl say unlock and some say jailbreak so whats the diffrence?

When an iphone is unlocked it means that it will work with any other gsm carrier like t-mobile. When you jailbreak that means that you customize you iphone and apps from the app store free with cydia.
