Why is there a network problem in my mobile?

It's been long time I am using idea network quite a lot if time friends have complained
that there is a traffic sound on the phone when ever we r in the convosation. This disturbance some times leads to disconnection of phone call.is it a network problem or something is problem with my mobile.note that I'm calling from a quite place n nt a traffic area

because of the climatic condition changing and raining.so the network is not able to connect properly. it is not a problem ......it happens in this season. and it is not happening to u only . it is happening to we only same thing ok.so dont take tension ok........
