Which one to Buy - Samsung Galaxy S4 or Sony Xperia Z?

Hello experts out there,

I am planning to get a new smartphone this time here in India. According to your experiences, which one is better - S4 or Xperia Z? I have read all the specs comparison and all online from many website, but I am here to ask honest replies from users of either of the phones.

I have heard that Xperia Z has good design up front but OS is quite complicated while S4 has less recognized built up with good performance....

I don't know which country you are in and the prices of the two phones there, but if budget is not a constraint and if the new Xperia Z1 is available in your country, then Z1 would be a much better choice. In India, there's a big price difference between Z and S4, and Z1 is just slightly more expensive than the S4, so in this case, Z1 is a no-brainer as it has better performance, better camera, water and dust resistant, etc.



Regarding the OS... the Xperia UI is the most elegant android UI in my opinion, better than Samsung's TouchWiz and the stock Android. So I'd say Xperia's OS is actually a reason to go for Z/Z1. I don't think there is anything more complicated about it than S4.



Between Z and S4, S4 is just slightly better in camera, performance, display. But Z has it's advantages too. It is better looking, has better and more premium design, better UI, water & dust resistant, etc. But Z1 addresses all these drawbacks in Z and that's why its clearly better than S4.

s4 is the best,because it is good battery life,and the best quality display,and xperia z is waterproof smartfone in which it gets hot very fast while playing big games or while surfing internet...xperia z is air tightened smarfone which will get hot while using it....

i would recommend galaxy s4...:)

i do not recomment s4 because it is very laggy and while heavy gaming like mc4 it heats quickly upto 45c but its good quality is camera the 13 mega pixel camera is so good at this price range i recommend lg g2 is a very good phone in camera gaming browsing in all aspects
