Ask your service provider.

They have the records to show that you have used the phone on their service for however long. Also they can confirm you are the owner if you bought it from them and used a password on your account with them.

With their help you should be able to reset the phone to the Manufacturers state and having done so you can reset the lock code to one that the retailer can use.

The default lock code for this telephone is 12345. If that may no longer the case right here, then you definately will prefer a manufacturing unit reset. This takes approximately 5mins, in total, in case you flow to a save or marketplace stall that has the right hardware. fee might desire to be no extra desirable than £10.

Hey

Maybe take it to your nearest nokia phone shop to get a system update

I did that for my n95 8gb, and it deleted a lot of things on there.

Or, you could exchange it on envirophone or something, they'll give you £100 for it :D

Google "envirophone" or "mazuma mobile" and see which can give you best deal for your phone
