I am considering buying a new smartphone to replace the one I currently use.
Determinants:
1. Good reception, the smartphone needs to get good signal, the call quality should be good
2. Big storage: I need to store a lot of photos on my smartphone and install many apps on my smartphone
3. running speed: I need quick response. So the smartphone should respond quickly

4. Camera: The camera should be able to quickly focus. I can take a picture very quickly and the quality of the pictures should be good

5. Battery: I don't want to run out of battery at 4pm or 5pm.

6. Input: The input system needs to be convenient, easy so I can write an email quickly.

7.The smartphone needs to be thin and light.

A nexus is good I heard the batty life is bad but I would recommend a s2 or s3 the cameras, battery life and screens are great. The only downfall is if you manage to get a couple scratch a on it, its a greater chance to break the screen when you drop it next so please use a case and screen protector :)

Hi Steven,

The Nokia Lumia 720 sounds perfect for you.

It has a polycarbonate body, so it gets perfect antenna reception on HSDPA networks. The device also has HD voice (if supported by your carrier).

It has 8GB of storage, with support for micro-SD cards.

It has a highly optimised dual core processor, and Windows Phone 8 to ensure speedy operation

It has a 6.7 megapixel autofocus camera. From its low aperture and Carl Zeiss optics, it takes better low light images than some high end smartphones. It also has a dedicated camera button so you don't have to fumble around trying to open the camera app.

It has a long lasting battery, it should definitely last a day with moderate usage.

It has a brilliant software keyboard. It also has Microsoft Office, support for pretty much email account and OneNote for note taking.

Thin and light with a 4.3" screen.

Not as many apps as Android and iPhone, but still an ample selection in Windows Phone Store. Also Facebook, Twitter, Xbox, Office and Skype built in, with Nokia Music for completely free and unlimited music mixes, and the worlds best maps.

Hope this helps!

once you're the apps style of human being, i'd recommend iPhone 4. yet once you're this style of human being that doesn't choose apps then i'd flow for the Blackberry. Plus Blackberries have the keyboard and typing on an iPhone is a nightmare. regardless of in case you turn it you're making blunders. i'm an iPhone 4 person, i'm pleased with it yet for businesspeople i'd recommend Blackberry
