my glyde is screwed up and it has been since i got it. the touchscreen stops working to the point where i have to restart my phone 10 times a day for it to work. if i took it to the store is it possible for me to get a refurbished alias or something instead of them giving me the same phone refurbished? i would make sense to me that they would do that considering that the alias is a cheaper phone

As long as you haven't had the phone for more than 30 days you shouldn't have a problem getting a different phone. I made the mistake of keeping mine too long and now im stuck with my glyde. It also depends on the sales rep at your verizon retailer. I took mine to one place 3 times to get it fixed/replaced and they refused to do anything about it. Then i took it to a different retailer and they gave me a replacement no problem, so if one place wont help you, try another one. good luck

Did you get it new? Like your new every two or something? Anyways you do have thirty days to bring it back at no charge and switch to a different oh, glad I didn't get that phone, I was checking out the glyde, instead I got the LG Decoy, and hated it, returned it within the 30 days and got the Chocolate 3 and LOVE it!

The original EnV is by far the best phone verizon has ever launched. Check if they still have it somehow. I would definitely get it!
