New phone advice.... s4 vs Note 2/3?

I'm stuck between getting an s4 and waiting for the Note 3. My main struggle is that I need the 13mp camera of the s4 and the Note 2 only has 8mp... Does anyone know if the Note 3 is projected to have a better camera than 8mp? Both are plastic as well from what I understand. Anyone know if it's going to be built any better? A lot of ppl complain about dropping the s4 on carpet and it shattering... it's said both devices are made of the same material but no one complains that I can find about breaking the Note 2... is that because it's bulkier so you're more careful with it or what...

Anyone know the projected price of the Note 3?

If the camera of the Note 3 won't be any better, or it's too expensive and I go for a Note 2... do you think the Note 2 and it's functions are worthy of leaving behind the faster processing and better camera of the s4?

Nothing official from Samsung on the next gen Note 3 as yet so can't answer that question - just keep your ears and eyes open. www.gsmarena.com is good for that.



I own the S4 and I purchased a case from ebay for some additional protection. If you are prone to dropping your mobile device, there are more heavy duty options available. So far I am happy - I must admit for myself that the device is marginally a little to big to handle (and I updated from the Galaxy S2). It's all personal preferences but at this moment there are not many devices with 10+ megapixel cameras in the market place.

For camera, galaxy s4 is better than note 2. If you are getting a smartphone only for good camera and do not want android, than i had suggest you go for Nokia 808 pureview, or wait few days to get new Lumia 1020. Both of them boasts 41 megapixels camera.

Galaxy s4 has a better camera and specs but if you are looking for a big screen the note 2 is for you. I had the galaxy s4 and I LOVED it
