I have unlimited messaging, so I thought that included instant messaging. And well, I've gone a bit crazy with that, and I'm praying to God that unlimited messaging also include instant messaging. Or else I am screwed when my parents get my next phone bill... So um, if I have unlimited messaging, and also unlimited internet usage, does that mean I won't be charged for instant messaging? :/

Instant messaging does involve data usage so if you can access the internet and are paying for that service you are good to go. Instant messaging uses a different 'platform' than mms/sms. But yeah, your friendly customer service folks with your provider can say for sure about your services.
