So sprint randomly charged me $850 for early termination, I did a change of ownership which is cost just takes a person off one line and onto their own. Well I called almost every week for 4 months trying to fix it but nobody knew anything let alone spoke English. Finally I got an American who realized they screwed up big time and I signed a paper and after 4 months of calling and them saying it's fixed when it wasn't, it finally got fixed. My bill was about $1000 because of their mistake, it was $850 (early termination) plus I had late bills added up to about $270 WHILE having my phone shut off for not paying since my minimum amount due was $850 which I wasn't going to pay obviously. They finally dropped the charges so my bill is $270, which is almost in collections and they only dropped the charges a week ago. I called and talked to a manager and they refused to turn my phone on and drop these charges which was their fault it got accumulated. I deserve massive compensation for not having a phone and making sprint fix their mistake. When I called to ask for my phone to be activated and the $270 to be dropped they mocked me, hung up multiple times, and even said "ok sir I will send you to special agents to have these charges dropped" these dumb a sses directed me to a collection agency. Funny huh. I wanna take these people down. I need my phone for gps, I travel for work. I got complely screwed any help will be greatly appreciated. Maybe this will get big, if a company fals

Small claims court? You should not have to pay a outstanding bill due to their mistake.
