I bought a game but realized the card I have set up on the App Store has 0 balance n the game still downloaded will I get charged on sprint bill.

iTunes will let you download it, once your card gets charged and declined, the next time you try to update an app or download a new one, it will make you update your credit card info in order to continue downloading/updating any apps.
