hii i want to buy mobile around rs 18000-20000 pls help...?

i am thinking of wave 3 is it good one, should i go for it... or is there any other option...

i like galaxy s but it lack very basic thing that is flash... after spending so much u wont get such important thing in camera then wts the use...

so should i go for wave 3 or is there any other option?

why on earth one should buy bada os devices ,of course wave3 spec is good id say buy xperia neo v or galaxy w,or nokia 701 belle device with 8mp camera and dual led flash.or why not nokia n8 which has xenon flash and 12mp camera i believe is now only 20k.
