how to recieve multimedia message on my mobile?

i have bought a second hand 6230i. it has been unlocked but i cant seem to be able to recieve multimedia messages.this is a t mobile 6230i.does anyone know how i can get them please.

You have to ask for the settings from o2 orange or whoever you are with.

They are available on their websites. Go to t mobile website and click help and support and they will send them to you in a text to install.

I have two suggestions.

1) If you have a new sim card in the phone, try sending a multimedia message and then try to receive one. Some networks require you send one first before can receive them.

2) If that doesn't work, go to your local T-Mobile shop (Or the network you are with) and ask them to set it up for you. They will help you as my boyfriend had the same problem with his current phone. He is with T-Mobile and he when into the shop and they sorted it for him.

Hi there i used to work for t-mobile and instead of ringing them and being stuck in a queue, just send a pic msg to yourself and it activate the settings for you and you will be able to recieve them then,
