Note 3 Lolipop Update help!!?

Question

I am trying to update my Note 3 to the 5.0 update. I began to but it stopped and I now have a notification I can't get rid of that said "No available space to download" I went from 2GB to about 9GB and it still will not let me continue the update. What should I do?

Follow the Following steps to Update Note 3 in Lolipop

Go to Settings > General tab > About device > Software updates > Check for updates to see if your device is ready for the update yet.

Back up and Reset your phone, and try again. Remember, never stop an update, it could mess up or even brick your phone.
