what's the best and cheapest cell phone plan?

i have a family plan with my sister included with verizon. but it's getting TOO expensive with their ridiculous fees. we both need our unlimited txt and minutes LoL...but i would also like unlimited txt and mins Internationally...Mexico to be exact. Ive heard Nextel is good for calls to mexico but i want a cell phone plan that i can equally use here in southern california to communicate with my friends here..

I don't know to your specific situation, but I love Sprint. I have unlimited texts, web, nights and weekends and 1500 anytime between 2 lines and its $120 a month. AT&T and Verizon charge like $30 extra a month PER phone for having web. Then they charge for each phone to have texts and what not. I think it's lame and petty of them. Also Verizon says they have the best coverage, AT&T thinks theyre cool because of the iPhone but I have never gone anywhere that I didn't have coverage, Sprint doesn't charge for roaming and they have the fastest 4G network in the US. So for my personal needs Sprint is by far the cheapest and best.
