This isnt just a regular used virgin mobile phone I got it for Christmas my parents bought it off of Craigslist and we didn't know that the guy still has his account hooked to the phone and we cant get it off with out the account information THERE'S MORE! this phone is a replacement phone from the virgin mobile insurance company that they sent him when his phone broke and he was suppose to send his phone back and keep this one well he sold this one to me and kept his old one and they locked his account and they wont unlock it and get his account info off my phone my parents bought from him until he pays his bill and sends the old phone back he wont answer his calls or texts so what do I do in order to use this phone SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Try to get ahold of the guy that sold it to your parents by craigslist or try taking it to wal mart or some place that cells phone and see your options.

Lamentably no you are not able to for probably the most section. ALL virgin phones will mechanically and programatically work exceptional on raise and sprint in fact all three are thoroughly interchangeable. The purpose you are not able to prompt is a coverage resolution no longer a technical decision. IE increase will "pick" not to mean you can set off your virgin mobilephone on boost. This policy choice will not be more likely to change anytime soon unfortunately.
