Nokia 5800 xm get display problem !!!?

Question

When slide lock my phone it gets display but all are just lining on my screen with red blue and some multi color whant to see picture please go to:www.google.com and search in images nokia 5800 display problem please any body knows how to prevent it without taking it to nokia care.????

Hi...I'm a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic user and i faced the same prblm...U knw what my prblm was a bit unique too......When i used my mobile in an airconditioned room it used to have that multi coloured screen prblm, when i come out to normal room temperature it used to be normal.....Check whether this is the same with u....I had to visit the nokia care and they changed the display for me......Hope this info helps u...

u know... it's definitely a virus!

simply connect yr phone to the pc via cable and nokia pc suite. then with an up to date anti virus, scan yr whole phone and then a factory setting from yr phone. it will work but if the problem still remained (wasn't for a virus) hard reset yr phone: change yr password to 12345 and then switch off yr phone. then press the power button + red button + green button + camera button and keep doin' till the screen turns on and becomes white then enter the password (12345) and it will then be hard reset.

REMEMBER: if you hard reset all the saved data and settings you made will remove and it's like u've bought yr phone again 4 the first time. AND the phone memory will be formated so move the files u need or want to memory sd card and then remove the memory card and SIM card. then yr phone would be ready for hard reset.
