Verizon Asurion- Stolen LG Voyager?

Question

So yeah it was stolen =[
along with my 4gb memory card and extended battery so imma gonna have to call insurance and get a new one. one time a long time ago i had another phone lost and had to call them i remember that they asked if any of the accessories were lost too. and i said no and that was the end of that.
Did they mean the type of accesories like the one i had stolen this time? please help i want to know if they can at least replace one of them. =[ thanx!

Yes, your insurance covers 1 accessory, from a specific list. You should check your insurance brochure you got when you signed up to see what accessories are covered. Tell them everything you had, and see how much you can get!

hi i just want to give it a try since i don't have any idea about verizon's policy with lost and stolen device. I actually work with another network provider and we also have asurion for lost and stolen insured phones. Asurion phone replacement only covers the device and doesn't include any accessories such as memory, but it will replace the same device that you got. I don;t know how it goes with Verizon. Just to confirm you need to call their customer service first and asked to be transferred to Asurion.

You have to have a separate insurance for accessories now.
