Pandora Problems on Blackberry?

My mom got the Pandora music app on her blackberry and wants me to create a station. Well, I put in the artist, select it, the app shows 'Creating Station' for less than a second and nothing happens. No music or anything. It's just the same 'Create Station' screen I got when I first opened the app. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem? I'm not sure how to fix it?

Ummm, the only problem I could think of is relatively the same thing with my ex gf's. Her time and date were not synced up right. The year on the phone said 1999, so if it's something to that extent, try that, if not, my apologies.
