Need urgent help with my iphone 5s!Please answer! :(?

Okay,I recently bought my Iphone 5s from Bangkok.I cut my airtel sim and inserted the nanosim.It shows that the operator is airtel but whenever I try to make a call/message/etc...it shows"Mobile Network not available"...Please help if something like this ever happened to you/someone you know.Would be of great helpThanks! :)

In some cases, if the original sim is cut into nano sim, the edges might have slightly damaged or might have not properly cut into Nano. Go to Airtel and request them to replace the sim with nano sim i.e. original uncut nano sim. To chech yourself, insert your nanosim into ordinary mobile carefully, so that black lines touch sim part and check whether it works or not. I dont think your iphone is defective. If the sim is blocked, the message would appear that sim is not provisioned. In your case, I guess that your sim is not properly cut into nano.

Sounds like a blocked imei, meaning the phone was reported as lost/stolen by the rightful owner.

Turns out my iphone was a duplicate from Thailand,anyways thanks to all. :)
