Question:
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 wobbly USB port? (Additional help; repairs in Bradford?)?

I bought my X10 second-hand around Christmas 2010 and it was in mint condition. However, due to general wear and tear and dropping the phone a few times while the USB was plugged in, the port has become very wobbly and unstable. When the USB is plugged in, the LED to show the phone is charging is only present when the phone is in a certain angle or position. I can always charge the phone overnight by finding the right position before I go to sleep, but I am hoping it can be fully fixed. Is there any way of doing so? Is it expensive or difficult? And if anybody knows any repair shops in Bradford, West Yorkshire that would be willing to do so, it would be a great help! Thanks in advance :)

If you can't find a phone repair shop in Bradford you should try Buzz Box, they do a postal service with free return postage.

I had exactly the same problem but found the problem with the cable not the phone, try charging with a different cable if you can.
