This morning when I went to school my Samusng Galaxy S3 was working fine however after school i could not make outgoing calls but i could receive them, i could not send text messages but could receive them and anything that invovled the internet was not working. I have data network mode activated so there should be internet access. I am on a plan with 1 gb of internet if that helps. Has this happened to anyone else? If so can someone please tell me how to fix it.

I think I might know what is wrong.

Do you know how to get to your notifications? If not look at the time in the upper right corner, put your finger on the time and swipe down. You should see things like bluetooth, gps, airplane mode, mute, screen rotation, etc.

Anyway there should be one that says "mobile data" with 2 arrows pointing up & down. Make sure that it is light green. If not, then simply tap on the sign.

Hope that helped. If so, please choose me as a best answer so I know that I helped :)
