H2O Wireless Data not working?

Question

Ok I got h2o wireless about two months ago. Now my data is not working anymore do I have to reinstall the H2O data APN profile again or was my data cut off ?! And I paid my bill 2 weeks ago.



And how to I get my usage ? Is there a number that I can text or dial and my voice and data usage pops out !?

This is potentially an answer, but depends on your exact situation. I'm in the same boat! I've been less than impressed with H2O overall and thinking of dropping them after my data quit whilst traveling last night. Thanks for almost stranding me H2O.



Not sure the validity, but I read a post that stated that H2O now kills your data connection if you go over 2GB. If it's true, thanks for the unannounced change and FAIL.



I've been on hold almost 20 minutes now awaiting their customer service to find out more and to see what it will take to port my number back out.



I'm already skeptical, so surely this isn't going to end well.



My recommendation is to stay away from H2O. If you live somewhere that has decent T-Mobile service, go with one of their monthly 4G plans or Simple Mobile, an MVNO that uses the TMO network.

You might need to get the app. Search for H20 Config under the android market or H20. See if it works for you.
