There's no free method for unlocking Alcatel phones so I am afraid you'll have to use a paid service. You can consider using https://www.unlockhandset.com/alcatel/ which provides this service for just 5.99 USD. It's one of the cheapest services available.

you need to contact the service provider its locked to and with your cells imei code. and request for the handset to be unlocked some providers do this for free and some charge. i do warn you not to use any code given on websites as they can reset your cell or completely block the cell.
