Are any Sprint towers down?

I live in the north west corner of Connecticut, usually I have decent Sprint service on my iPhone. But over the past few days it seems like I have none. It will constantly switch to "extended" or drop all my 3G. It will also have 0 bars from Sprint, but not switch to "no service" or "extended". Are there any towers down in my area? Whats going on?

Contact Sprint customer service: A.) from a place where you have cellular reception, or B.) from a landline or with a phone that uses a different cellular network.



In any case, even if some Sprint cellular towers are down in your area, no one here can do anything about it. It's your right -- as a Sprint cellular customer -- to complain. Maybe they might even give you a credit to your service, but you'll have to take it up with them.
