I have a galaxy s3 (at&t) unlocked that I am using on the straight talk network.
I've been using this phone on this network for about 4 or 5 months, originally on the Tmobile sim card that straight talk has. Recently I switched to the ATT sim card (because my phone is att) so I could use my internet. I did this on 09/12/13, three days later I was unable to send MMS messages, and the day after that I was unable to send sms message. I've called straight talk and they "did everything they could". Told me to go to the manufacture. I have restored my phone to factory settings and still unable to send mms/sms. I can use the internet and make calls. Does anyone have any ideas? Please Help. I paid a pretty penny for this phone.
If anything does anyone know how I can contact Samsung?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
-Thanks

When you use Straight Talk you will have to configure the apn settings for the phone. Since your internet seems working correctly I guess you have already got the internet apn settings corrected however you will also require to add the mms apn settings. I think why you are unable to send mms could be because you are using the old mms apn.

You need to add the Straight Talk mms apn settings: http://buzzmobile.us/configure-straight-talk-apn-settings-byop/

You can do it manually from your phone itself or else you can also check the Staright Talk website which provides you the settings.
