How do I transfer my contacts onto a new sim card please?

I have just got a new sim card from orange to go pay as you go I would like to transfer my contacts onto the new card please help

Are you still using the same phone? If so then you can save all your contacts to your phone, and when you put your new SIM card in your phone all your numbers should already be there.
