plug it into your computer. Under "check for update" theres a button that says "Restore". Do that. Itll work. If not, it should be applicable for a refund or replacement

I have a regular iphone so im going to try to help. Can you hold down any of the buttons until they start to shake? If you can then hit the button on the bottom and that should fix it. And some times it doesn't work for me either. Another thing that helps a lot is charging it.

iPhone 3G will be on AT&T and about unlocked version there is no information yet. in case you launch the iPhone it would want for use for any service yet by utilizing that the warranty will be void.
