You usually want to go with the highest megapixel and the highest zoom quality. So out of the ones you have the Kodak-Easy Share 10.3 MP would probably be the best. It also depends on what you are mostly using the camera for. Don't expect any of these cameras to produce professional quality photos. They are great for travel and parties. Hope this helps. Just remember, don't always go for the most expensive with these particular types of cameras. At this point you might be only paying for brand name when they all do the same thing. Oh and get a camera that comes with a good size memory card or you'll just have to pay more money for a bigger one. Good luck!

depends on how u're gonna use it and how anal u are with the quality..... im pretty anal about the quality and the noises especially with nite shots. I agree with the other guy, dont go with Olympus. it's a pain with that XD card, trust me cos i bought one for my mom. they restrict some features unless u use their Olympus XD card. dont know much about Samsung. Kodak's functions are pretty easy and basic to use. my friend has on and the picture quality is not bad. the bigger megapixels doesnt mean better. it all depends on wat size of photo paper u're gonna print it on. if u're gonna print it on a 4x6, a 6mp would do. higher zoom is good if u're planning on taking images from a distance. like i said, it all depends on what kinda pictures u're gonna take, like is it for vacation or home use. i personally prefer Canon. i had 2 already and the images r really good. still need to work on their nite shot but their new Digic 4 chip looks promising. im thinking of getting the SD880 with the 28mm wide lens. but that's over your budget. so from your list... i would go with kodak

u can also check out camera reviews from this site. it has a list of cameras from different companies and sometime it shows u sample pictures from those cam. and also user reviews

try the Sony H-10 or H-50. or try the regular CyberShot if you want more slim cameras.
