It depends on what type of phone you have and where you are wanting to upload to. I use http://www.lifepics.com/ and they are a free service that has private storage, ordering, and sharing site. It is also nice because this service has many different plug ins, including different mobile upload apps, and also plugs into facebook, flickr, photobucket, picasa web, and others so you can upload once and then just share your photos with the other services.

Android: http://www.lifepics.com/apps/android.htm

Win7: http://www.lifepics.com/apps/windows-phone-7/

If you don't have a smart phone, they also have a way to accept pix-messages. You have to setup an account and create a PIN and add your phone pixmessage address. Then you send the picture to add@lifepics.com

Insert a microSD card, transfer the pictures from the main memory to the sd card, then either insert the card into a card reader or connect the phone w/the card inserted in it to a PC as a USB Mass storage device using a USB cord.

There are two ways to upload photos:

* Uploading in batches

If you have photos organized in folders on your computer, you can take advantage of the work you did organizing them by uploading your photos using the Yahoo! Pulse batch photo uploader. You can select some or all of the photos in a folder on your computer to upload at the same time.

By uploading all the photos in a folder all to a single album at the same time, you create a Yahoo! Pulse photo album with the exact contents of the folder on your computer.

Please note that individual photos greater than 10MB cannot be uploaded into Yahoo! Pulse Photos. Also, if the contents of your folder exceed 2GB, you will have to load the folder in sections, because there is a 2GB maximum per batch of photos uploaded.

To upload photos with the Upload Photos page, follow these steps:

1. Click Upload Photos located on the right side of My Photos page.

2. Click Select Photos.

3. On the “Select files to upload” box appears, navigate to the folder where your photos are stored, and select the photos you want to upload and click Open.

4. Select an album to add them to, or click Create new album to add them to a new album.

5. Choose an option for “Who can see this” and for “Who can comment.”

Note: An update will be posted to Yahoo! Pulse and to Facebook unless you uncheck the boxes for those options. If you want to manage your updates preferences, click Manage Updates.

6. Click Upload.

A progress bar appears to let you monitor photo uploading, and when it is finished the “Add more details to my photos” page appears.

7. You can also change the Title, Description, and “who can see this” setting displayed for each new photo.

8. Click Save Details when you are finished making changes.

* 5 photos to upload at a time using the Yahoo! Pulse basic photo uploader.

To upload photos with the basic uploader, follow these steps:

1. Click Upload Photos on the right side of My Photos page.

2. Click Want to use basic uploader instead? located at the top right of the page.

3. Under “Select photo from your computer”, Click Browse.

4. Navigate to the folder where your photos are stored, and select the photo that you want to upload.

If you want to upload more than one photo, click Add another photo, then navigate to the next photo you want to upload, select it, and click Open.

5. Select an album to add them to, or click Create new album to add them to a new album.

6. You can select an option for “Who can see this” and for “Who can comment” field.

Note: An update will be posted to Yahoo! Pulse and to Facebook unless you uncheck the boxes for those options. If you want to manage your updates preferences, click Manage Updates.

7. Click Upload.

A progress bar appears to let you monitor photo uploading, and when it is finished the “Add more details to my photos” page appears.

8. You can also change the Title, Description, and “who can see this” setting displayed for each new photo.

9. Click Save Details when you are finished making changes.
