Which mobile phones take a mini-sd memory card?

my partner needs a new mobile but wants to keep his memory card. can anyone tell me which phones are compatible with this memory card thanks all..........

remember tho, if its a diff make phone from the one he has already the new phone will need to format the card, which will wipe anything already on it.



back it up & save the cards contents on your PC first.
