Does the iPhone 3g take pictures AND videos? How good is the camera quality?
Is there a measurement converter (ex. miles to kilmeters, gallons to liters, etc. etc.)
How much does the phone and internet service cost, and is it a good service?
Is the internet fast?
Anything else you think I should know? Please tell me.
Thanks!

Hey The One!

The camera quality on the 3G is 2 mega pixels. That's pretty average for a phone. Sadly though you cannot take videos or send pictures in a text or MMS.

As for your converter, you could probably go online from the iPhone and google "kilo to pound converter" or whichever. Then you can save a link to it and put it on your homescreen of the iphone. Or you can download one from the app store from your iPhone or from iTunes on your computer and then sync it onto your iPhone.

The plan for two years would be around 70$ a month, including texting, calling and Internet. You get around 450 minutes of calling and 200 texts and unlimited Internet. The service quality depends upon your location. In some locations AT&T might not cover as well as others. If AT&T doesn't cover well in your area then you should refrain from gettinng an iPhone or get an unlocked iphone and use it with another service provider such as tmobile or verizon, but then your prices and plans may vary.

The 3G speeds on the iPhone are phenomenal. They are faster then any other Internet on a phone. The iPhone also has WiFi, which is faster then the 3G, but you can only Use thhat when you have a hot spot.

In conclusion the iPhone is a very excellent device and if you want to get one I would enmcourage you.

It takes pictures with its 2 megapixel camera. Videos don't come on a stock iPhone 3G. You would have to jailbreak it & download a video recorder app to get it to do so. That records in a good format.

I'm not sure about a measurement converter but I am pretty sure that there is an app in the App Store that has this.

The phone itself costs $199 for 8GB & 16GB costs $299. Internet, if using wi fi is free. If using 3G that would be up to what AT&T sees fit. Works great in my opinion (talking about a 2G though).

Pretty fast.

That if you're not on AT&T & don't want to be then the iPhone 3G isn't for you as its locked to AT&T only. You also have to sign a 2 year contract to them before you are allowed to leave with it.

No it won't. By getting an unlocked iPhone, the internet won't work.
