Depends where you're at actually. If you're situated in Asia, there are thousands of mobile phone shops you can choose from that sell unlocked celphones at very competetive prices. Same as in Europe. The advantage of these places I mentioned is that the availability of cutting edge, unlocked phones are limitless and you can easily find the phone to fit your needs. If you live in the United States your best option would be to shop online and hope that you get your money's worth. There are alot of nimrod online sellers out there so be very careful with your purchase. If you're going to get yourself an unlocked mobile I would suggest taking a look at the latest offerings from Sony-Ericsson and/or Nokia.
