I am sorry, but I don't know what WAP is. But I do know that there are no free ringtones for Virgin Mobile, that is why I got an LG Chocolate from Verizon. I asked the same questiong a few weeks ago, funny. I hope that you find out what WAP is!

and that is a way by which your mobile phone communicates to the internet using the GPRS service, provided by ur operator...

i do not know what these virgin mobile switch_back cell phone are...

but if you have gprs enabled on ur mobile, you can just connect to some WAP enabled web site on ur mobile and download free wall papers, themes, MP3, etc....

It is a service to provided by your local telecommunication service center. You have to subscribe to it for a certain small fee - can be done by texting the service from your phone. You can look for more info. about it on their website which I am sure they will have.
