Unable to connect my Nokia N73 to computer?

I am using Nokia N 73 model for a year, two days back when i have connected it to my computer it says the Nokia Device bus connected in non compatible mode change it from phone UI. Please can someone suggest me how to change it from non compatible mode to compatible mode. Please suggest step by step information. Thank You very much and Happy Pongal.

1. Check ur pc suite is working or not. Re install it.

2.Goto tools>connectivity>usb>usb mode change it to pc suite.

3. If there is bus problem, then u may reruire to replace ur data cable.

You get this error probably because you are connecting your phone via Mass Storage option instead of using PC Suite option.

Follow these Steps:

Goto Connectivity->Data Cable->Data Cable Mode

Set the mode to Ask On Connection.

Next time when you connect it will prompt you for connection type

You need to Select PC Suite Mode.

If u r connecting through bluetooth it will autometicali come on your screen to accept the data.. and i think u have got a different formate software.. U can download sis formated software to your mobile
