It's very annoying. Any details including why they don't support it, if and when they plan to support it in the future would be great. I've got both iPhone & iPad but it completely sucks browsing the web without Flash. Complete & full answer gets Best Answer vote.

Steve Jobs hates flash. Apple has made 4.0 legally incompatible with flash so they're not planning on ever supporting it.

I don't think we'll ever see an iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad with Flash. Steve Jobs has made Apple's stance on Flash very clear - they aren't going to do it.

FWIW, Flash is an old technology, is a resource hog, is easily compormised by malware, and is owned by Adobe. HTML5 is the newest technology, takes less system resources on the user's PC and the servers, safer (for now - we'll see once it's used more widely), and open source meaning no one "owns" the technology. Apple loves HTML5 and we've already seen some major web sites switching to the technology with more to come. Apple has never been big on dying technology (which is why I don't think we'll see a Verizon iPhone until Verizon switches their network to LTE instead of CDMA) so they are going to hold out for HTLM5 to become the norm.

I was also facing same issue with my adobe flash player, I tried a lot to fix that at last I just visited http://adobe-flash.customer-supports.com/ and made a call on their toll free. I got great help from a certified technician to fix adobe flash player related issues only in a single call.

There are 2 apps which could play flash, take a glance on itunes. Apple themselves do not and could in no way help flash, in reality adobe are combating making the cellular version besides. There are a pair of apps that do play it yet none properly.
