Android app anti theft geolocation problems?

I have downloaded Mobile superhero anti theft app for my android phone, after Prey project
kept locking me out or not working. Problem is if the thief switches off wifi, I won't be able to
geolocate my phone, so is the point? is the an android app that can locate your phone with out
having the geolocation wifi/network on?

I am using quickheal antivirus which has anti theft built in. Let me clear one point, if antitheft is installed on your phone it will automatically switch on data network when SIM is changed. Other will use data network and not WiFi. There are more apps on play store, you can search for it.

I think you should use Leo privacy guard instead of these crappy apps. I myself deleted quickheal and installed Leo privacy guard. It works smooth and never lets me down.
