I have a Nokia 2135 cell phone. I forgot my personal lock code. Help!?

I have a Nokia 2135 cell phone with Metro PCS service. There is NO sims card inside. I forgot my personal lock code. Can I reset this? If so How?

customer service. I forgot mine once and called in. all you have to do is verify that you are the owner of the phone. they usually do that through some personal information such has home phone number or ssid.

if not stolen technical support can help you they will need to identify you and must be able to answer the sercurty question you provided to them when you first got the phone and then from there they will walk with step by step on retaining or change your password

All you have to do is go to a customer service outlet for Nokia and they will unlock it for you. Take an id... :)
