Has my phone been hacked? A number I have never seen before sent me text messages from my phone that I had sent to someone else. What's going on?

My carrier excused charges for texting to me under fact that old customer numbers are reused much sooner than once used to from land-line phones having rushes of strange name requests, but texting is even easier to hit existing phone you have when anyone passes something similar as a misdialed preset. Try buying a mobile with area code on SIM several hundred miles off and in even bigger city (not million, but FW-Dallas), oops! Do NOT leave your bluetooth ON and Findable after pairing, since a few-dollar dongle lets a USB PC play phone pranks, then IF hacked, web can be used to emulate this branch of cell service. possibly or the messages you sent to someone else were forwarded or shared by the person that you sent the messages to

when you text somebody you need to put 1-(area code)-(phone number) or else that number will text you back with what you tried to send. its just your phone company notifying you that you didnt put the 1-(area code)
