Ilive in macclesfield i was recently quoted 30.00 to have a mobile unlocked is that how much it is these days?

last time i had one unlocked it was about a fiver the guy at the store told me it was that much cuz the software they use costs 5000.00

I had another phone done here in Newcastle about 6 months ago and it cost a £5.

SPV for example sell software for unlocking mobile phones and their most expensive software is £24.99

Honestly that guy is having a laugh you yourself can download software to unlock your phone for as little as £4

First call your mobile provider, they will often do it for free but this sometimes depends on how long you've had the handset. Not knowing what make you have I can't tell for sure but try this site below, they unlock for free but it seems predominantly Nokia.

Forget it.Most £10 tops.Any second hand shop or try a market trader.Just ask one if anyone on the market does it.

why do u need it unlocked,,is it stolen...

if you have forgetten your PIN number it costs nothing to get a puk number ring your service,,,ift its a stolen phone.....Stick it where the monkey shoves his nuts
