Jailbroken iPhone 4 on IOS 5 no push notifications?

Question

as it says in the title iphone 4 jailbroken on IOS 5 Im curently in korea and am using it on wifi only basicaly as an ipod and email and messenger. Without a sim things like SAM arent working for me as they need a sim card. I have no sim and Push Doctor wont work for IOS 5. Im totally at a dead end here and I dont want to wait for another 8 months until i return to Canada so please if anyone can. HEEEEEELLLLLPPPP MMMMEEEEEEE!!!!!!

i dont think that the sim has something to do with it... im having the same problem (no push notifications) and i use just wi-fi... tho it worked some days ago.... i dont know yet why it stopped working suddenly...

well... dont loose the hope x)

That's weird. Let me see if I've got this rigtht: you installed software on your phone that it wasn't designed to run, and now it's not running as it was designed to. Yeah, I'm stumped.
