My sister's phone is having alot of problems. The sound volume isn't working. She has had it for about 11 months now. We looked on tmobile.com and they show phones with prices, but are those prices only if your new to t-mobile? or is there a warranty she may have that will allow her to get the same phone but another phone?

You should call to troubleshoot with T-Mobile at 1-800-937-8997, because if the phone's less than a year old it could be covered under the one-year warranty. And there could also be something that can be fixed without a warranty exchange, sometimes there are known issues like that.

You can also choose to upgrade instead, but to see the prices for that account, you need to log in to my.t-mobile.com and find "upgrade" under the Shop heading. Or you can ask when on the phone, someone will look up the pricing for you.

full price directly from tmobile if u have a contract already... free at www.igotminefree.com but only for new plans. if u already have a plan go to that site and select the phone u want then at the top click extended contract for existing customers and u'll get it at a reduced price. call me 4 help. 229-412-2089 does she pay $5.99 a month for insurance? if so she can get it replaced. If not she's stuck.
