I have a samsung U600 and my computer is vista.
I can connect my phone to windows media player, but not to the samsung PC Studio.
I realised I only had the USB driver installed, not the PC studio, but when I tried to install PC studio it said I didn't meet the requirements or something. Is it because I have Vista and not XP?
There are no downloads for the u600 on samsungs website, I guess cos my phone is like 3 years old.
I don't want to email the photos, it's probably really expensive to email 143 photos.
Can I get the photos from my phone using windows media player? When I looked under my phone at the left of the windows media player screen it said there were no photos on my phone or something, and the instructions say to use PC studio.

Please help, I'm desperate. My phone seems to be dying and I want to get those photos on my computer.

When i transfer images over I don't have to use the program. When i plug the phone into the USB thingy I can just select files and then cut and paste them in a seperate folder. Alternatively if your computer has bluetooth you could send them over that way.

If you have a memory card in that phone make sure the pics are on that then plug it in to your comp and goto"my computer"look at your drives for one that says something like removable disk and drag them to a media folder in your computer

I send mine to my email.

Then I download them on my computer.
