you need to buy it unlocked or unlock it yourself tmobile cannot do it for you. Both will cost loads, its better off to get a better phone. iphone sucks. It doesn’t have anything. Its all hype. It can't text pictures, it can't record video, it had connection issues, no mobileTV, no ATT services, most apps are pointless and dumb, no external memory so your stuck with your limit, too itunes centric, low speakerphone, no bluetooth, no flash for its web browser so your stuck with just youtube for videos, and the camera doesn’t have any features or flash. No zoom, no color effects, no frames, no brightness settings, no built in FM radio, too many people have it, it ends up costing more in plans, it doesn’t have a slot for cell phone key chains, it is really hard to text on the digital QWERTY keyboard, no TTY support, kinda dull and simple looking. It’s no good SOO overrated. So many better phones out there.

While most phones' unlocking system is a matter of punching in a code with another SIM card, the iPhone is one that requires advanced knowledge of cell phone technology and hacking. It is not a matter of simply pushing buttons and that's it. A lot of Tmobile sales reps have limited knowledge other than the basics of thier own branded phones and that's that. You can try and perhaps you might find one that can do this, but it's really really unlikely.

If you call customer care, you can ask them for the unlock code and they will issue it to you, but like i said, the iPhone is more than just that.

They cannot technically unlock it. If the representative is knowledgeable about unlocking iPhones he can unlock it for you. Usually they won't do it because if they mess up the unlocking process, then that could be really bad. Calling AT&T and T-Mobile will not help either. You would have to do the unlocking on your own. If you need help unlocking it just email me at n0w_liv3@yahoo.com and I will tell you more.

you ought to spend approximately $2 hundred extra and get the iPhone 5 devoid of dedication. Then all you're able to ought to do is restoration the telephone and it is normally unlocked and you have gotten the skill to apply it with any GSM businesses! inclusive of t-cellular yet once you desire to apply the iPhone 4 with tmobile do no longer purchase it from at&t! All you ought to do is pass to an apple save and ask for the UNLOCKED version of the iPhone 4! Then all you ought to do is pop your tmobile sim card into the telephone and you're good to pass!
