How can I get the ringtones to get to my phone? ?

I have a new LG VX8550 Chocolate which I got today, and I keep trying to send the ringtone that I downloaded to my hone by email. So I email my#@vzwpix.com with the file as an attachment, and I did that 5 times. Each time, I get this:

Delivery Notification: Delivery has failed

Recipient address: [e-mail]
Reason: SMTP transmission failure has occurred
Diagnostic code: smtp;550 SMTP connection refused

Connect a USB cable to your phone and transfer the ringtone to your phone memory. Most cell phones will automatically detect audio files.

its probably cus the file is too big

try phonezoo upload it and snd it too ur phone, u dont have to go online or nothing, u open the text and save as ringtone
