LG C1500 doesn't have Bluetooth embedded therefore you cannot use your Bluetooth dongle to connect your LG phone.

To my knowledge, if both have the same type of Bluetooth (Bluetooth 1.x or 2.0), you should have no problems. If the dongle is Bluetooth 2.0, then it will work with both Bluetooth 1.x and 2.0 devices as it is backwards compatable. If you can't find this information about the phone, buy a Bluetooth 2.0 dongle just in case.
