BBM not working and host routing table no entries?

Question

When i try to add bbm contacts they don't go through and they just say pending. Any ideas why? i have contacted orange, i have an email set up with the blackberry do you think that i need to update the blackberry? i have tried to register with the host routing table and it says no entries even though i have sent an entry like a million times??? Please help

R - RIP (RIP routing algorithm is used) R* - default route this route is called as DEFAULT route. it means if the router has no route in its routing algorithm for an ip address means, then those packets will be sent (packet forwarding) via S0/0/0 port of the router which(S0/0/0) is generally the default gateway of the router which connectes the router to ISP. that port's(s0/0/0) ip-address is 10.10.10.2
