I guess I would go with the iPhone 3G S. Not because of what i call the "name value" in many cases i would have probably told you to go with the Nokia N97 if you were a texting mainly because of the physical keyboard. But i would go with the iPhone 3G S. I am still testing it out though but i will compare with what i already know about the Nokia which is what i tested a while back and what i currently know with the 3G S which i just started testing last week, i should have been done by now though, lol. Any ways, i would go with the iPhone 3G S because of the extras and the usability mainly. The App Store, the iTunes from the phone, the multi touch screen etc. But really other than the additions exclusively from Apple. When it comes down to the humble features like a basic camera, the MMS, etc. I would go with the N97. In all seriousness you get a qwerty keyboard. Even if your not a texter, any iPhone user(expert with the touch keyboard or not) knows you will use that touch screen keyboard alot, same with the N97, you will need a keyboard alot and with the N97, you have that added benefit of a physical keyboard which is worth it. I find the battery life is a hell of a lot better on the N97 as well. You also get a memory card slot. So added with the on board 32 GB with the N97, you also get alot more with the memory card slot. The camera has almost twice as many megapixles as the iPhone and also you get pictbridge which means you can print photos from your phone to a near by wireless computer, i think it uses bluetooth technologies to do such. I mean seriously, with others on here who ask about an iPhone 3G or 3G s compared to ...type phone i always say well yeah this phone is nice and ....phone is good as well. I have never though of a better competitior to the iPhone better than this, next to the Pre(but im not always a fan of Palm OS). So trust me, the better camera, better battery life, pictbrige, storage card slot, physical keyboard, plus everything the iPhone has(except the Apple exclusive stuff) and the iPhone has, well, the Apple exclusive stuff. So if your a real iPod like fan and you will love adding to your library while on the go and you a fan of loads of applications then the iPhone is for you. But in the long run, after all the apps are downloaded, after all the music is bought and listened to over and over again, you will wish you went with the N97. Trust me.
