The lowest plan they have with unlimited texting included is 59.99 and it comes with 450 mins. Here is some detailed info.

3-Way Calling

You can talk with two people at the same time with a three-way conversation on your wireless phone. Airtime and other charges, which may include toll or long distance charges, will apply for all simultaneous calls until you end one call.

Not available in some areas. Airtime applies to all simultaneous calls and to forwarded/transferred calls even if you send the call to wireline telephones.

411 Search®

Directory assistance with automatic call completion. An operator will assist you when you request numbers, addresses and information for anything from restaurants and movies to the nearest florist. Simply press 4-1-1 and SEND from your handset. $1.49 per call plus airtime.

Per-call charge for 411 Search may vary when your phone’s banner displays “Extended Network” or “Roaming”.

Unlimited Messaging

You can now get Unlimited Messaging with anyone on any network in the U.S. Now the only thing to worry about is sore thumbs.

With Nationwide Select Calling Plans you get Unlimited Text, Picture, Video Messaging and Instant Messaging to anyone on any network in the U.S. Messaging is available from within the National Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Area, and is not available throughout the Nationwide Rate and Coverage Area.

Basic Voice Mail

Voice Mail takes a caller’s message when you can’t answer the phone. You will receive a message-waiting indicator to let you know that a message has been left for you. Basic Voice Mail includes:

20 messages

3 minute maximum per message

21-day retention

For more capacity, you should consider signing up for Enhanced Voice Mail.

Not available in some areas. Airtime applies to message retrievals from your wireless phone. IN Calling does not apply to Voice Mail set-up or message retrievals. Voice Mailboxes not initialized within 60 days (45 days in some markets) of feature activation will be canceled. Your Verizon Wireless Voice Mailbox is not password protected until you initialize it by following the tutorial prompts to select a password and record a voice signature and personalized greeting. Verizon Wireless is not liable for missed Voice Mail messages or deletions of messages from your Voice Mailbox, even if you've saved them.

Call Forwarding

Forward your calls to another phone number, including your home or office number. Your wireless phone will not ring until you deactivate the service. Airtime applies to forwarded/transferred calls even if you send the call to wireline telephones. When forwarding calls to phone numbers outside your local calling area, you’ll be billed for any toll, long distance, and airtime charges incurred. Additional per-minute charges may apply to all forwarded calls. This feature is also known as "Immediate Call Forwarding".

Not available in some areas. Airtime applies to all simultaneous calls and to forwarded/transferred calls even if you send the call to wireline telephones. When activated, all calls will be forwarded to another number until deactivated. The wireless phone will not ring. Long distance charges may be incurred. Airtime charges may apply. Customers will be charged for one minute of airtime when activating Call Forwarding.

Call Waiting

This feature lets you know when another caller is trying to reach you while you’re on another call. You will hear a short tone. After you hear the Call Waiting tone, you’ll have approximately 30 seconds to answer before the second caller hears a standard message or is forwarded to your Voice Mailbox. If you answer the call, airtime and other usual charges will apply to both calls until you end one call.

Not available in some areas. Airtime applies to all simultaneous calls and to forwarded/transferred calls even if you send the call to wireline telephones.

Caller ID/Caller ID Blocking

Caller ID allows you to see the caller's phone number before you take the call. Caller ID may display the number of the person calling on your wireless phone (for all unblocked numbers). It may also display the name of the person if you’ve stored it in your phone’s memory. Calls can usually be returned by pressing one button.

Caller ID Blocking allows you to block your number from being displayed through Caller ID, and can either be done permanently or temporarily.

Caller ID is not available on all calls, on all equipment or in all areas.

Unless you subscribe to the V Cast VPak, V CAST Mobile TV Select, or Premium Calling Plans, megabytes sent or received using Mobile Web (including advertising) will be aggregated each month, rounded up to the next megabyte, and billed at $1.99/MB.†

†Rates are rounded to the nearest whole megabyte. One megabyte is equal to 1024 kilobytes. Application charges apply in addition to charges for data sent/received.

New Every Two®

Get a new wireless phone every two years!

Sign up for and maintain two years of service on a digital plan of $34.99 or higher to qualify for a free phone up to a $50 or $100 value, depending on the monthly access of your plan, or receive a credit of the same amount toward the purchase of a more expensive phone, with a two-year renewal.

How do you sign up for New Every Two?

Information for Existing Customers

If you enrolled in the program on or after 11/25/02, you must take advantage of the New Every Two offer within six months of becoming eligible; otherwise, you may be charged full retail price to upgrade your current handset. Discount amount will be applied toward the two-year Customer Agreement retail price. Secondary Family SharePlan® lines are not eligible to participate in the program. The New Every Two discount cannot exceed the price of the phone after rebates. If your 2-year Customer Agreement with a digital calling plan of $34.99 or higher began on or after 6/02/03, you were automatically enrolled in the program. Customers who began their two-year agreements on or after 4/01/00 on a digital calling plan of $35.00 or higher were also automatically enrolled in the program.

If you enrolled in the program prior to 2/05/06 and continued to meet the requirements of the program, you will be eligible for a free phone up to $100, or a credit of up to $100 toward a more expensive phone, when you become eligible for your next New Every Two upgrade (after which time you will be enrolled in the $50/$100 New Every Two program described in the brochure). New Every Two discount amounts and calling plan tiers subject to change at Verizon Wireless’ sole discretion.

No Answer / Busy Transfer

You can have incoming calls answered by another phone whenever your wireless phone is busy or remains unanswered after three to six rings. With this option, your phone will ring unless you're on the phone.

When forwarding calls to phone numbers outside your local calling area, you'll be billed for any toll, long distance, and airtime charges incurred. Additional per-minute charges may apply to all forwarded calls.

Not available in some areas. Airtime applies to forwarded/transferred calls even if you send the call to wireline telephones.

Good luck!

Give them a call and tell them you are thinking of cancelling your service due to the cost. They should be able to offer you some cheaper plans that will allow you to keep your voice minutes (100 or so) for cheaper than the 450 minute plan. Dial *611 send from your handset and it's airtime free.

You said cheap and Verizon in the same sentence, there is no such thing.
